I want to share a Thank You and Appreciation to Jackie, Rick, Patrick and Spencer and for Darrel Emel's Tree Service, while once again, providing a 5 Star customer service and satisfaction. I think Jackie felt my apprehension and fear on the telephone regarding a leaning Hemlock in the back yard that could do some collateral damage whereas she was able to have Rick come out the next day to look at the situation and provide an estimate whereas he was able to arrange a crew to come out the next morning in part to the situation and my concern. The following morning, Patrick and Spencer, in the most professional and courteous manner, had the tree cut down and hauled away in chips with a cleanup second to none. A job well done! I contracted with Darrel Emel's Tree Service to remove a hazardous tree from my property. From my initial phone call to the office, until the job was complete, I was treated courteously and professionally. The job was done with big lift trucks and happened just as safely as I was assured it would be. Once the tree was gone, the crew cleaned up my yard so well you couldn't even tell that I'd had a tree there in the first place! Wow, these people are experts at tree trimming. I had them come out to cut back a big fir tree that was in contact with my roof and the side of the house. They cut the tree back expertly, had me out to inspect the job and left the site cleaner than when they started. Will be using them again soon!
